Hamilton Heights
A sub-neighborhood of Harlem, Hamilton Heights is best known for “Strivers’ Row,” more than one block of townhouses that share rear courtyards. The community derives its name from Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, who lived there when the area was still mostly farmland. The leafy streets are lined with spacious apartment buildings, brownstones, and other row houses. Much of the buildings in Hamilton Heights are landmark single-family houses, in styles ranging from Beaux-Arts to Romanesque. Condos are plentiful, many of them former historical properties renovated to include floor-to-ceiling windows, modern kitchens, and roof decks. Nearby is Riverbank State Park, a skating, basketball, and swimming complex on the Hudson River. Long-term plans are in the works to open up access to the Hudson River for walking and biking, a development that will include environmental design and public art. Where: Uptown West, from West 135th Street to West 155th Street, from Riverside Drive to St. Nicholas and Edgecombe Avenues Nearest subway: 1 train to 137th Street – City College or 145th Street. Other options include the A or D trains, which run under St. Nicholas Avenue and stop at 145th Street

From Miron Testimonials
"I accidentally came across Gabby while browsing Craigslist and started working closely with her after we first met.
Gabby is by far the most professional, efficient and courteous person I have had the pleasure of working with. She amazed me from the get go by her ability to come prepared with the right apartments, by her punctuality and her endless positive attitude.
I have worked with many brokers to date and not even one came close to Gabby's level of enthusiasm and professionalism.
I have referred at least 4 more friends after I met Gabby knowing that if she is going to take care of them they'd be in the best hands possible.
Thank you for your time and please continue this tradition of working with people who actually care, this may eventually change the perception of the broker and rental industry altogether."
