Artur Sikora provides A to Z service to his clients, and gives them utmost attention in every way. He never tries to "sell" people on a particular apartment; rather, he presents relevant information and multiple options so they can make their own decisions with confidence.
Artur is not interested in simply closing fast transactions. He is much more focused on what is right for each individual, and the best value for their money. Most of all, he is intent on building relationships with his clients and landlords based on trust, loyalty and mutual respect, so they call on him for all their real estate needs now and in years to come. "No client is the same to me," he says. "Each is special and unique, and deserves a custom approach. They also deserve the little things that are often overlooked today, like honesty, professionalism, answering people in a timely manner, and following up!"
Though he began in real estate working mainly in South Brooklyn, Artur now specializes in Brooklyn's wonderful Greenpoint and Williamsburg neighborhoods. Born and raised in Brooklyn, except for a two-year stay in Poland when he was very young, he has spent most of his time in Bay Ridge, Coney Island, Brighton Beach, and now Greenpoint and Williamsburg. Artur studies Accounting at the City University of New York, College of Staten Island campus. He loves the diversity of NYC's neighborhoods, people, and of course, restaurants. "I can have pierogies for dinner then walk a few blocks and have a cannoli for dessert!"
