• I found my last apartment through Miron and couldn''t be happier. After looking through craigslist, brokers, word of mouth, etc my girlfriend and I had seen around 15-20 different apartments. After hearing about them through a friend I decided to give them a shot. Literally the first apartment we saw was by far the best we had seen in all of our search so far. We left to go try and see a few more places but before we even got there we went back and decided to sign the lease. A few issues came up with the building during the process and we were in jeopardy of being charged a higher rent than advertised. The building advertised it as 2 months free + brokers fee but was trying to change the terms during the lease signing. We were offered a few options by the building that all would have resulted in us paying more money but Miron stood their ground and helped us get the cheapest rate possibly. I have since recommended them to several friends who have all rented through them and I highly recommend them!
