• Matt is absolutely wonderful! I came in on the verge of tears and a nervous breakdown, with 4 days to find a new apartment and move and he could not have made the process any easier.
He completely took the stress out of the hunt and within 3 hours of meeting with him I'd seen and fell in love with my new home. As anyone who's gone through the lease process in NYC knows, the paperwork involved is extensive but Matt was so thorough and made sure that my disorganized ways didn't get in my own way. He kept me in the loop 100% of the time as far as where we were in the application process and responded immediately to any concerns or questions I had. Not only did I come out at the end of the four days with a new home thanks to Matt, but I ended up in an apartment I absolutely love-something I thought I was never going to find on such a tight schedule.
Matt had me fooled into thinking that apartment hunting in NYC is not just easy but enjoyable!
