--Manhattan Brokerage Opens Office in Bergen County, NJ --
(New York, New York, December 7, 2010) Miron Properties, www.mironproperties.com, a Manhattan residential real estate brokerage and green building specialist founded by Jeffrey Schleider, announced the opening of a second Miron Properties office, located at 140 County Road, Tenafly, New Jersey www.mironproperties.com/NJ .
The Bergen County office will be headed by Ruth Miron, (Schleider’s mother), a Bergen County resident with over 30 years of real estate experience and former head of the Miron Team at Sotheby’s where she successfully negotiated over $100 Million in closed transactions and garnered the coveted NJAR Circle of Excellence Award every single year since 1999.
“With the uptick in the Manhattan market and the tremendous growth we have seen with some of our superb new agents, we felt now is a great time to expand to a second office. Tenafly was a clear choice as our family already has had a strong presence in the Bergen County real estate market for the past 30 years,” says Jeff Schleider, founder, Miron Properties. “With Miron Bergen County, we are able to deliver powerful resources developed in the urban market to our longstanding suburban customers, many of whom we have had the great opportunity of working with for decades.”
Miron reflects, “By opening Miron Properties Bergen County , we are able to leverage the tremendous online tools developed by Miron NYC along with our comprehensive system of support for each client, to give our customers far superior real estate experiences and results than are generally available.”
Ruth Miron’s previous New Jersey real estate positions include stints at J.C. Kapas & Co., Weichert Realtors, Lopatin Realty and, most recently, Sotheby’s where she developed an impressive team of dedicated agents. In addition to her real estate industry experience, Miron holds a BA and MS from the Julliard School of Music and an MA and Ed.D from Columbia University
Ruth and her husband, Dr. Michael Schleider, chief of Hematology and Oncology at Englewood Hospital, have lived in Bergen County since 1977 and raised their children here. Ruth specializes in Fine Homes, Luxury Condominiums & Townhouses. She handles Residential and Commercial Sales and Rentals."
